Northern Bands Hockey Tournament Registration


1. Team registrations will commence on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 9:00 am. Location: Dryden Arena

2. Please hand in your full tournament roster of 23 players. No changes or additions after the puck drops.

3. All players must sign the “ Draft Release and Indemnity Waiver Agreement” before the team’s first game.

4. Please submit the home and away colors of your team jerseys on your roster form.

5. All 15 - 17 year old players must bring a letter from the parents permitting them to participate in the tournament.

6. All players must carry and be able to show their status card at any time.

7. When you register you will receive a tournament package and will consist of the following

a) Tournament schedule

b) Tournament eligibility and game rules

c) Draft Release and Indemnity Waiver Form for all players to sign before their first game.

d) Entry fee receipt if you had not received one.

e) Hand shake

To All Participating Teams, Please note the following:

1.That we are working on a 40 teams hockey tournament.

2.The format will consist of eight (8) pools, 5 teams on each


3.The format will consist of a Round Robin, elimination round,

semi finals and Championship Finals.

4.Once the 40 teams have been established, a schedule will be

drafted and posted.

5.Should any changes occur due to teams removing themselves from the tournament. The hockey committee has the right to come up with an alternate format and schedule to suit the number of teams participating.(Please note that each time you change a format, it will affect the game rules also).

6.It is very important that each team reads the eligibility and game rules before you select your team. Please make sure all your players are eligible to play.
